《杀死一只知更鸟》读书笔记｜知人者智，自知者明。
今年是大年初三，终于可以不用忙活，不用走亲戚，可以静下来看会书，看完那心心念念的书中大结局啦。
这本《杀死一只知更鸟》的英文书读了近一个半月，陪着我从咖啡厅到书店；从马路旁到山丘上；从深圳的地铁到归家的列车；从陌生的城市到熟悉的城市。
在此期间，我一直想弄明白书中的“知更鸟”指代的是什么？也想知道为何此书一问世，便能引发如此大的轰动？
至于这两个问题的答案，暂且不做回答，想放在线下读书分享会上与大家分享。
作者Harper Lee也因此书一炮而红，此书于1960年发表，1961年便获得了普利策文学奖，就连其改编的电影也拿下了三项奥斯卡大奖。
个人觉得《杀死一只知更鸟》最有意思的一点是它写作的视角。作者是从小孩子的视角出发，通过孩子们的眼睛揭露了20时间30年代初美国南方地区的种族歧视问题。
书中的主角是一对兄妹，哥哥Jem和妹妹Scout，爸爸是一名当地的白人律师Atticus，后来为一名无辜的黑人Tom辩护，但最终败诉了。
所有伟大的小说，之所以伟大，皆不是一两句话能说得明白的。
读书的意义也是，读完一本书，学到了什么，看到了什么，好像也无法说明白。
但作为读者的我们，内心会多一分笃定，面容会多一分愉悦，眼中会多一分从容，无形中也会多一分智慧。
现将书中有感悟的点总结如下：
1.“You never really know a man until you stand in his shoes and walk around in them.”
你永远无法真正了解一个人，除非你站在他的角度考虑问题。
2.“Jem was becoming as good as Atticus at making you feel right when things went wrong.”
真正的亲人会永远站在你身旁支持你。
3. “It’s not okay to hate anybody.”
未经他人苦，何能恨他人。
4.“ If they are all alike, why do they go out of their way to despise each other?”
有形与无形的歧视始终存在。
5. “There ain’t one thing in this world I can do about folks except laugh, so I’m gonna join the circus and laugh my head off.”
当你无法改变任何人，任何事，选择当个小丑，尽情大笑，无疑也是一种应对方法。
6. “She is the victim of cruel poverty and ignorance, but I cannot pity her: she is white.”……
很多人都是贫穷和无知的受害者，但是我们又无法同情他们。
7.“ A merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance!”
相由心生。
8. “You just hold your head high and be a gentleman. Whatever she says to you, it’s your job not to let her make you mad.”
我们无法控制别人的言语，但可以控制自己的情绪。
9. “Shoot all the bluejays you want, if you can hit them, but remember it’s a sin to kill a mockingbird. Mockingbirds don’t do one thing but make music for us to enjoy. ”
每个人都有其存在的价值，不应随意评判他人。
10. “Real courage is when you know you’re licked before you begin, but you begin anyway and see it through no matter what.”
真正的勇气在于明知不可为而为之，敢于迎难而上，坚持到底。
11. “People generally see what they look for, and hear what they listen for.”
人们往往只能看到他们想看到和听到的，很难做到真正的客观和开放。
12. Before I live with other folks, I’ve got to live with myself. The one thing that doesn’t abide by majority rule is a person’s conscience.
在与别人相处之前，我们得首先学会跟自己相处。
13. Never frown, even when you are sad, because you never know who is falling in love with your smile.
无论何时，保持乐观微笑，都是一种积极的人生态度。
